"Worst customer service I've ever dealt with . Extremely high rates with no explanation and can't get ahold of anyone. Left messages and emails . And no response. My suggestion is stay away from state farm but especially this agency"

"I have been a state farm customer for over 40 years. When my original agent retired, I was passed off to 2 other agents. I wanted to choose an agent in my area so I contacted Rock Nelson and he took over my house, cars, and life insurance policies. His service has been horrible. I have made several calls to have a car insured and I don't get a response even though I the car I wanted to insure was originally on my plan but was dropped by them without my consent. VERY POOR SERVICE! There was a breakdown of communication in their office. The matter was resolved quickly to my total satisfaction."

"Edit to add - if phone calls are recorded, then please listen to the phone call on 9/10/2024 and you will hear that I did not request to cancel the auto policy. I called to discuss cancellation. I can take full responsibility if I made a mistake, but I did not. It is unfortunate that this is the only way that I'm receiving a response to my issue and that the blame is being placed on the customer. - 9/13/2024 found out my auto insurance policy was cancelled without my knowledge, without a letter sent to me, without policy documents in Statefarm account stating this. I only became aware of this when I logged into my Statefarm account. When I call today (9/13/2024) found out a "service note" was written 9/10/2024 and auto policy for car 2 was cancelled before returning a call to me. So had I not called today, I would have been riding around WITHOUT car insurance. I am extremely disappointed at the oversight that could have been avoided with simple communication. - 9/12/2024 received a bill in the mail and email for $138.88 for policy with car 2 on the policy. Still had not received a call back or any form of communication regarding call on 9/10/2024 - 9/10/2024 I called to discuss cancelling the remaining auto policy for car 2 and about receiving a refund (if possible). Was told I'd receive a call back which I did not. - 8/30*/2024 Called to remove car 1 and keep car 2. Confirmed with Isai car 1 was removed and wanted to keep car 2 on the policy. - Charged twice, payment was kicked back as I paid it too late that day. I paid it again thinking that the payment was actually kicked back to me as it showed in my bank account. Instead, I was charged twice. I sent an email to Rock (8/24/2024) about it, but did not receive a response. I let it go because this amount was applied to the following month's bill."
"Thank you for the time to leave a review regardless of the stars. After speaking with my service team it was communicated to them to cancel the vehicles per speaking with you on the phone. We do not cancel policies or make any policy changes without hearing from our customers through phone or email that we have on the account. I am sorry you’re frustrated but when a policy holder requests cancellation we process your cancellation. If the team did this mistakenly which I understand can happen then I am sorry. When we have an account notated likes your was though on seperate dates and times to cancel I have never discovered that to be a mistake my staff made. Again our goal is to give a great experience and regardless of events you did not get that with my office. I’ll work with my group on our current processes and use this experience to make us better. "
