I was pleased with the quote and it was cheaper than my actual renewal. I responded to the text and asked for a homeowner’s quote as well. Abel then called me once he had it ready to review and at that point we talked about it. Throughout the call, I felt comfortable that Abel was knowledgeable on explaining all coverages with me and I switched both auto and homeowners insurance over. "Needed to renew our vehicle insurance so started looking around and fielding the phone calls. Juan reached out and came across with a great offer for all of my needs under one roof. He had a vacation planned so he enlisted the help of Rock to ensure we had communication through out as we had a deadline to meet with my current auto policy needing to be renewed. Juan returned from vacation and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and if there was anything else he could do. After dotting a few loose ends and crossing the T's, we felt confident to leave our current provide of 4 years to go with Juan, Rock and State Farm. "Been with them about 6 months as they were originally saving us money on our homeowners insurance. Since that time, I've had to stay on top of them for things that should be simple changes but take me contacting them multiple times to correct. It's very time consuming and frustrating to have to follow up multiple times. (I don't think they ever listen to their voicemails). As soon as we signed paperwork, we could no longer get any response from the email as several things including name and gender were incorrect. Then comes time for renewal and all the previous savings are gone. We asked for a new quote to save money then told them to process it and then they never did so we were charged incorrectly a higher amount. She also acted like she didn't remember any of the conversation and had to send her a recording of her own voicemail. My advice - if it saves you money for the first term- be very wary when it comes time for renewal as their follow through is abmissal."
